A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation.

If booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit is non refundable.

If cancelled more than 60 days from date of arrival 25% of the total amount invoiced (or 50% of the deposit paid)is non refundable.

• A deposit of 50% and full credit card details will secure your reservation. The balance of accommodation is to be paid on arrival.

• Cancellations made within 15 days of date of arrival, 50% of  full deposit is payable.

• Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days of date of arrival, 100% of full deposit is payable.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the full accommodation account is payable.

• NO-SHOWS will be charged as originally booked.

• In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

• Refunds of deposits/prepayments are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let rooms.

• We accept Visa and Mastercard.

• No pets allowed.

• Rooms not occupied by 18h00 will be seen as NO-SHOW, unless prior arrangement has been made.

• A late arrival levy of R200 will be charged, if no prior arrangements are made and confirmed by management.

• Reservations, with deposit payments, which do not show in our bank account within 72 hours can be cancelled at management's discretion 
• Breakages and damage caused by guests will be charged to the final account
• Ikhaya Guest House will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death to a guest or its property, due to any cause whatsoever, whilst at Ikhaya's premises
